Hi guys, just a little bit of something for you to get stuck into. We understand these times are stressful for all involved. It is important that you have some sort of structure and don’t get stuck in a rut. Try having set bedtimes, waking up reasonably early, getting involved in some activities online and daily exercise routines. Do not underestimate fresh air right now. That doesn’t mean roam the streets but take that 30 minute walk around the block whilst respecting your 2 metre distance and protecting both yourselves and others #staysafe #covid19
